For Clients
From the moment a client reaches out, we prioritize their safety, privacy, and comfort. All clients will be first introduced to our recovery care coordinator, and then to our addiction medicine physician, Dr. Karen Flannery. A comprehensive assessment will be initiated in order to create a personalized treatment plan, tailored to the client’s specific needs.
Our priority is to get to know the client and their current lifestyle while also collaborating with the client’s support system. The support team could include, but is not limited to family, friends, and established professional relationships such as a physician, therapist, or recovery coach.
A comprehensive assessment seeks to evaluate:
- Medical history, co-occurring disorders, and previous attempts at recovery
- Physical well-being and mental health
- Social and familial dynamics
- Employment status and any legal matters
- Motivational factors and goals for long term recovery and overall wellness
